Update behaviour error " Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format "

That error comes form the servers security settings. the server security is not allowing for the page to run for some reason.

you should contact your host to have them fix the security to allow the page to execute.

I cant say for certain why one page would work and another not, except to say that the mod_security setting implemented by the host are preventing it.
