CSS Sculpter

Hi there
I am still really trying to get to grips with how to use the features in this wonderful suite I am today trying to use the CSS Sculpter however when I click on the theme button the page that comes up has icon in place of buttons and funny icons in the corner of the box as per the pics attached am I doing something wrong or is my install incorrect of the program?
