if using paypal pro, the paypal api info is in 4 server behaviors.

1) on the checkout page in the Authorize Check out with PayPal Express Checkout
2 - 3) on the pp_confirm page in the get payer profile from express checkout, and Process Payments with Paypal expreess checkout behaviors
4) on the Confirm page in the Paypal Direct Payments server behavior.
