Paypal API signature or certificate

Hi Jason, happy new year.
I haven't had a chance to look into the search function however there is a more pressing matter needing attention.
We need to update the Paypal API signature/certificate however I am not sure exactly where the code or file would be located. Is it in the database or the website code, please help... Thank you
