Getting error message on search results page when clicking back button

Issue in Chrome too

I have a client complaining about this. I noticed it happens in Chrome as well, although the error message is slightly different. I'll add the button, but for so many people it's axiomatic to hit the back button or use the keyboard shortcut for back. Is there any other way to code the page in order to avoid the form resubmission issue?
