How to Apply Templates to data assist generated Pages.. Is DataAssist Wizard disabled?

My version of Data Asssist doesn't provide any option for "Data Assist Wizard"... I only have 3 options under "Database"; 1) Data Assist Pages 2) Data Assist Search Wizard and 3) Repeating Table. What I need to know is how (and if) I can apply templates to my pages. I only have the barebones php generated pages for products_insert etc, order_insert etc, user_insert. However It will not let me add a menu or anything else for that matter.
It would've been great if I could have chosen a template from the Start, like all the documentation explains. Idk if I'm lost, crazy or both. But neither dremweaver cs4 on my Mac.. and PC with dreamweaver cs6 DONT SHOW DataAssist Wizard.. is this an Old feature?? Thank you williamwebguy@gmail.com
