Is there a way to delete an image that is associated with a record without deleting all the images from image folder?

"In the delete behavior", are you referring to the DataAssist Delete single Record or to the File Manipulation Delete File?
My hidden form field below is what I bind to delete a record

<input type="hidden" name="WADADeleteRecordID" id="WADADeleteRecordID" value="<?php echo $row_rsInventory['ProductID']; ?>" />

Then I added
<input name="deleteImage" type="hidden" id="deleteImage" value="<?php echo $row_rsInventory['ProductImage']; ?>">

and set the trigger for the delete file with the hidden form field

but still is deleting all of my images
