Moved store index file

I set up my store in a directory STORE - http://teamropingdvds.com/Store/
Then I moved the index file to the root and named it index2.php for now. (We will want this to be the home page soon.)
And I get this error
Warning: require_once(../Store/install/webassist/themes/theme_open.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/teamropi/public_html/index2.php on line 5

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../Store/install/webassist/themes/theme_open.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/teamropi/public_html/index2.php on line 5

If I resolve that by removing it and just adding simple include file it still does not work and I also get an error from the bottom of the page. I am guessing I need to modify the top and bottom of the page but I am unsure what modifications to make.
TOP - open theme
<?php
if(file_exists('webassist')) {
require_once('/Store/webassist/themes/theme_open.php');
} else {
require_once('../Store/install/webassist/themes/theme_open.php');
}
$WAIncludeContent = new WA_Include(__FILE__);
?>
Bottom - Close Theme
<?php
if(file_exists('webassist')) {
require_once('Store/webassist/themes/theme_close.php');
} else {
require_once('Store/install/webassist/themes/theme_close.php');
}
?>
