USPS random failures
I am in need of some assistance regarding the USPS API.
I am getting an inconsistent checkout failure. It seems to fail arbitrarily. It will work for a few hours, then give errors for a few hours.
I have verified with USPS that my account is active on the production sever and my credentials are correct.

This was the response from USPS:
I am sorry, we are not currently experiencing any issues with the Web Tools server. The error that you are receiving does indicate that the permissions for the API you are trying to access are not currently added to your account. This is why it is vital for me to know which API your website is calling at the time the error is received. Please ask your 3rd parties' support team to identify and provide you the name of the API you site is calling at the time you receive this error. As soon as you reply to me with the name of the API you are calling when the error is received, I will be able to further assist you.
