File Manager Window is greyed out
I am creating a site similar to one I made recently, so to get started I am simply copying directories from the old site into the new site.
An error I am getting is on pages with the file manager, in that clicking the folder icon opens up the popup window, but it gets ‘stuck’’ and the window is greyed out.
If I inspect the page I get the following errors..

I tried creating a test page with the form builder and adding a file manager instance, in case I had missed come files, but I still get the problem.
