I added the usps error code. I got a '0' response. My transaction went through but on the checkout success it did not include the shipping and the the Paypal it did. That's what's happening plus the reverse (a lot more often), where the receipt shows it but Paypal did not charge it. When testing, there was a couple of times, I noticed that the shipping did not show on the confirm.php page, until I pressed 'Refresh' button. I just haven't been able to figure out why this is happening, but Paypal said to check with the 3rd party software developers. I think what is happenning is that the Servers are timing out. Basically, after pressing the Submit Order button on the Confirm page, the 'Connection' tab just goes on and on to the people end up closing the page, so it goes thru paypal, but no receipt is generated.
