What Version of Dreamweaver are you using?

What is your OS?

What Extensions (Including the version numbers) do you have installed?

do these errors happen when starting the data assist wizard? while setting up the data assist wizard? or after clicking finish in the wizard?

have you tried Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
