1) Pagination isa a part of Dreamweaver, it allows you to show a certain number of records on your results page and "page through" to see more results.

In most versions of Dreamweaver it is accessed under:
Insert -> Data Objects -> Recordset Paging -> Recordset Navigation Bar.

2) if you have a header content area, you can use the developer notes code for that content are to show it on the details page.
