Orders getting to Paypal but not to database
We have a major problem on live and busy website, theharbinger-jonathancahn.com website. When an order is placed, sometimes the order never gets to the database, thus no receipt is generated. Maybe it's timing out? not sure. However, it seems to be happening sporadically. I can't replicate it (the transactions complete on my side), But it started happening about 5 days ago. About 7 days ago I I added some new discounts (which I hadn't done for over 1 year). I know the WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php file was updated, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I contacted hosting co. and they sent me the logs. I've posted it below. The part that concerns me is at bottom: $Items in /var/www/vhosts/theharbinger-jonathancahn.com/httpdocs/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php on line 211, referer: http://www.theharbinger-jonathancahn.com/cart.php. Again, I've only updated discounts, so what happened? (I did revert to files prior to 7 days ago and reapplied the discounts).
