Page set to use static Theme It opens blank in testing
User Logout page was initially built by Security Assist wizard. I applied template, then applied static theme it and went to test (this is all that was done to the page); page came up plain white, no errors, but no content. Tried detaching template, reattaching, and applying theme it, no change. Built a new logout page (not a lot of time wasted here); same processes, same result.
What is weird about this one is that there are a lot of other pages within the site using theme it with no issues, it only occurs on this page.

Using DW 5.5, checked WA versions, Mac OSX 10.8.
