MD5 Encryption with Decrypting on a Update Page

I have an update page that brings the MD5 encryption over but when the user hits the update button the MD5 encryption gets encrypted again and changes the original. I want the user to be all to see their password un-encrypted either leave it or re-type it then hit update and the password is MD5 encrypted
