I have created some pop up Modal Boxes, They work perfectly in Chrome and Firefox, but in Internet Explorer it doesn't allow me to click anything that was under it????

Like the Title states, My Modal Boxes work perfectly in Chrome and Firefox, and when I open it in IE it doesn't allow me to click anything behind it. Its listed as an AP element, and when I hide the AP element (Modal Box) and open it in IE the site works perfectly fine.
Is there any code that i can add that makes it work in IE?

Thanks
