Where are the good templates?

Where are the good templates?

If I browse through the templates in Site Sculptor, I realize, they are all terribly outdated. If one looks at the modern Layout of webassist.com, why is it then, that the templates are so terribly old-fashioned with tiny lettering and minuscule areas? This might be OK for some old shopping carts but not for a modern layout, not to mention the total lack of support for mobile devices like tablets and smartphones.
So, if we buy Design Extender, where are the extended designs? The layouts are the same as some years ago.
It is not enough to change some colors and offer some "free" templates which are just variations of the same outdated layout.
Please update this.
Webassist had some nice improvements in the back-end of DataAssist pages. So, the administrative "Data Bridge" part looks more advanced than the public in "Design Extender's Site Sculptor". My attached examples are only a small part (icons) but even in this detail, you can see the difference.
I would be more than happy to read about a more professional update on this.
