I see it on all browsers I try and I asked other people to try it on their computers and they see it as well. It is on the home page, www.macvpr.com , you don't need to be logged in or anything to see it. Anyone who is on the site can see it.

I uploaded the site from dreamweaver, created the admin login etc, then after editing the home page I clicked save/update and when I logged out that line stayed there.
