Try deleting the winfilecache .dat file.
If it crashes on startup it probably means it is one of the files in either the Configuration/Startup directory or Configuration/Floaters... those are the only files that run on startup. You could try renaming those folders one at a time to narrow down the cause and then maybe removing single files from those directories to really pinpoint the file causing the problem.
