Multiple PayPal Accounts

I have a question about my site.

I have a ecommerce website that I built to sell peoples artwork. At the moment I am having people send me there image and I manually put in there products.

When they sell I send then payment.

I would like to know if it is possible to make the PayPal email (I use PayPal express checkout) dynamic so that when a seller uploads a product they can enter a PayPal email.

However, I would like to know not only if this is possible but also what happens as this is a cart website if a customer purchases products from multiple users, as this would involve multiple PayPal accounts..

My second question is when will the eCart 6 be available and is there any new feature list available.

Thank you
