unable to update database connection file

I set up my site by bypassing the testing server, and configured my file for my live server only. I tested the connection and all seems good. I set up my database in Godaddy.com. I have all the Host name, user name, password and database name from godaddy. I went into dw, in the database field I entered the info in the mysql connection fields (see attached file). I tried to select my database, but I got an error - see attached error file. Can you advise?

I am at my wits end. I think that I followed your "preparing your system for dynamic development" word for word. I am still unable to update my database connection file via Dreamweaver. I am willing to pay someone to give me some help via the phone. I cannot wait another two days only to get more questions. PLEASE, have someone in tech support or an independent expert call me. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I worked more on the problem. I may not have "specified the host name" initially. I have done that now, and I now have a new error message. Please see the attachment "new error message". Again, I will pay to speak with someone. I need to move on with this site.
