Content division is pushed to end of Navigation Menu (far right)

Built a site with SIte Sculptor, made a few customizations to the base template as far as pages and colors. I used preview all the way through and everything appeared OK during the use of the GUI. After the pages were created, the content and left side bar were pushed right. Everything under the Nav Menu is empty, the division for content is what appears to be setting above bottom of the navigation bar marker. It appears to be an issue of placement of elements, but I am not sure where I should go to correct this. I have attached the Index and Template files. Any help is appreciated,

Gary Evans
