Update Record and Update Multiple Records together

Hi, I have a single form that the user fills out, but there are also repeat regions within that form... ie:
Name: User
Address: On a Street
***** Repeat Region *****
Friends with:
Stephen
Joe
Peter
***** End Repeat Region *****
Contact Number: 12345678

Submit

Is it possible to have this update all within one form and submit button, and if so, how?
