The response back from paypal is:

Security error
Security header is not valid

This means there is a problem with the API Credentials you entered. it may be that you used LIve ApI Credentials, but the store is set to use the sand box, or vice versa, or it may be that you have not accepted the API Billing agreement with paypal.
