website built out about 1 1/2 years using eCart checkout. For some reason some orders (once in a while) have repeat numbers. The email (using Universal Email) have same number but only one is recorded in the database. The orders come from unrelated places, different states, names, etc. and even different times. However, they are consecutive. It's a Big problem. What could be causing it? How can this be fixed?
Another problems is that the shipping sometimes charges $1 even though it's not supposed to charge anything for audio downloads. (it's ok to calculate shipping for CDs and DVDs) It also only happens once in a while. But what could be causing this?
