Dynamic Themes Issue

I have customer dynamic themes and special interest dynamic themes. I have an include file which I have attached. I am thinking that I need to break out this include file or somehow I need to prevent certain pages of the website to go into the customers themes. For instance I was on the member directory page. I have attached my db and ftp connection as well as screen shots and addtl details and the theme code.
