Part of record not showing when I insert a new record

I created a new page on an old asp site that simply shows the name with a link to their bio and an email link. It works on all the original records.

Today, the client inserted 2 new records and the email addresses are not showing up. I looked at the way they did it and it seems correct. If you scroll down the page, you will see there are 2 records that do not show an email address. Those are the 2 new ones they added.
