DataAssist update page not redirecting

I have created and modified DataAssist pages but am having issues with the update, detail pages. When i click update the page is supposed to redirect to the detail page but it updates the record and shows the following error:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and the address in the address bar is still showing the update page address. The same is happening when i click DELETE on the details page.

I think the code blocks need to be moved around but am unsure in which order.
