Adding manual authentication element to login page

Hi Jason

I have created a simple registration using the simple registration preset in DataBridge/Security Assist.
The site is being designed for distributors of a product, so I don't want to have automatic registration and
login access or through automatic email verification as the double opt in does. I have set up an email to send out to an admin with the contact info and other details from the registration form. They need to discuss and approve the access to the site with that potential user, so I would want to simply change the UserEmailVerified value manually in the user table that was created to have control over the process.
Right now the User Authentication is set to User ID using the email address and password, so how would I add an element that would only allow them in after I had changed the '0' to a '1' in the UserEmailVerified column for example.
Perhaps UserEmailVerified is not the best way to go, but it is available on the table as a mechanism for this.

Thanks for any help here..
Doug
