Upload folder name Issue

Dear Support

I have 4 steps in a transaction:

step1: userupdate.php page where client update company details.
step2: payment.php where client makes a payment.
step3: requiredinfo.php (based on userupdate.php) where client uploads required info, not update any company details.
step4: where client checks company details and request product.

My problem im having is in step3: I use security assist to create the requiredinfo.php page and add the upload fields which appears hidden, webassist doesnt create the php which i have to click next to in design view in order to add a file field. What i did to get around this was add another field "userCompanyName" to the requiredinfo.php page and made it a "text only" field under field settings. This made the php appear below it again.

The Company name text only field i created appears in the browser as "Company name:" only with nothing next to it so i added a line next to <?php echo $row_SecurityAssistusers["UserCompanyName"]; ?> in order to show the company name.

Then i added the webassist file manipulation/upload feature to all the upload fields. For the upload folder i've chosen "clients/<?php echo $row_SecurityAssistusers["UserCompanyName"]; ?> I did this cause i couldnt use the user_update_group_1_Company_Name field to name the file.

Once i've created this i tested it and worked perfectly. So then i started from scratch cause i created like 4 different versions of the requiredinfo.php page.

Now for some reason i doesnt want to upload the file into the correct folder. It drops the file only into the "clients/" folder and not under the folder "clients/[company name]"

tx in advance!
