Then you are mistaken...I never received a refund from you for this. If that's the case why would the serial even work? Makes no sense as I've been using it, then when I have to reinstall it, it won't work? Now I'm pissed. You need to fix something here as I didn't get a refund on anything from you and have bought a lot of different things - including upgrades. WTF? This needs to get resolved as I need to finish this project LAST WEEK. Sounds like you have an error in your database or something as I did NOT receive a refund EVER...I think I complained about some of the crappy features on it at one time, but I did not get a refund or I would know about it.
