ok, that is more clear.

for the select lists, click the dynamic option in the property inspector, for the Select option equal to, click the lightning bolt icon and select the corresponding column from your table.

NOTE: Make sure the registration form and the checkout form use the same values.

for example, if the registration form uses the full country name and the checkout form uses the country abbreviation, this wont work.
