DA, eCart and adding orders in Admin Back End

Hi Guys, I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Without going into too much detail, we sell products off site on Amazon, eBay etc.

When we get orders off site I want to be able to add the order to our website via our admin area. (Payment would already of been taken)

The frontend of the site is set up to sell using eCart DA etc.

Please could I get guidance on the best practice to set this up.

Your time in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
