show region failed log in

Hi, I have created a log in page using SA please see link:

http://www.hackneyhydroponics.co.uk/admin/index.php

I have a show region with the following rule applied to it :

<?php if(WA_Auth_RulePasses("Failed log in")){ // Begin Show Region ?>
<p>Log In Failed! Please check you e-mail address and password and try again!</p>
<?php } // End Show Region ?>

The show region should be shown when the user has filled in the in-correct information for the e-mail and or password fields and clicks the log in button.

The show regions dose not show. What am I doing wrong?
