Data Assist does not enter a field for 'tourDisplay' when creating UPDATE & EDIT pages

Hi
I have been using Data Assist for years and always used 'bit' format for Display with a 1 or 0 to represent Yes or No.
Just creating a set of Admin pages for a client and the page concerned has tour dates which I want to either show or not show....
hence 1 for Display and 0 for Don't.
The problem is that Data Assist is not producing a field to update or insert. It produces a label but nothing else.
Previously I have changed the result to a Menu List, which has Yes = value 1 and No = value 0.
Just wondered what is going on, maybe I am using the wrong data type?
It has me puzzled.
I attach the mySQL data table with data, and screen shots of code view - browser view and the page it is affecting at hollywoodu2.com
Your help is appreciated
