The message received from their hosting company is as follows:
"Unfortunately, after our most recent Anti Virus scan on your webspace we have detected suspicious or potentially malicious files. To protect both yourself and your site visitors, we have suspended access to the website. You can regain access to your website by resetting your FTP password in your control panel.
Your website content is now stored within a zipped archive at the base level of your website which will be visible when you login via FTP for the next 7 days, please note this file will be deleted after this time. Once you have downloaded a copy, please scan and remove any malicious files before reuploading.
Our scan found issues with the following files:
