deactivate activate Databridge

deactivate activate Databridge

I need to activate databridge and it show that I activated this extension 2 times and therefore cannot activate again. First of I did not activate 2 times and 2nd of all you should have an option to deactivate the extension so that one can keep track off which computer this extension was activated on.

I purchased this extension in January; I installed this on my pc with windows 7 and Dreamweaver 5.5. I then upgraded to Dreamweaver CS6 and did not have to activate the extension. Last week I tried to upgrade to Windows 8 and after 3 days of hell with Microsoft on the phone and chat I gave up and reverted back to Windows 7. Now Installed Databridge and here we are can't activate, there is no option in my account to deactivate and or reset this extension, please help.
