Creating upload folder dynamically to restrict content to one user

I have been wondering if it is possible to create an upload folder dynamically with digital file pro (or whatever it's called now).

I have folders on my server where I can give registered users access to upload their content to, but they will not be personal meaning the all registered users can use any uploaded content that doesn't belong to them.

Does Data Assist or Digital File Pro allow me to create a folder that is accessible to the registered user only? If not, is it possible to implement relatively easily as I can see this being very useful?
