There is a syntax error on line 35

When attempting to insert my CSS Menu Writer menu into my template page, I get the error "There is a syntax error on line 35. Code hinting may not work until you fix this error." This is the coding on line 35:

op+="<html><head><title>"+name+"</title><script type="text/javascript" src="../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw6/menu.js"></script>

Let me know what else you may need to assist me in resolving this error.
