Menu & Check out

Hi,

I have a ghost sub-menu under the label "Policy" http://www.relicvintage.com/index.php there is a htaccess file pointing to a construction page.
the attachment shows the store manage showing that there should be 3 editable regions, however there is only one that I see..
I think a few days ago might of changed the "current location" drop down menu in store manager to another location.
Is there a way ti fix this either in store manager or a file to edit?

There is also an issue with the sub-menus for the products for Jewelry (Bracelets, necklaces, Rings)...when you hover over Jewelry and move cursor to one of the sub categories the menu disappears and does not let you select it.

Is there a way to increase the size of the order total and amount on the cart check-out page.
http://www.relicvintage.com/cart.php

The product search, continue shopping, clear cart and update cart...the mouse doesn't change, is that normal? as a fix I updated the hover on them with a border and background color.
