Totals do not match cart contents!

I have just received an email from my customer about cart totals not matching up to what has been purchased. Please see attached for details. The products ordered down the right side add up to one amount which is equal to the subtotal, but the overall total including shipping is almost twice the price, but not quite. The tax at 20% is also wrong. The total should come to 53.46 including shipping, not 85.30

I've been through the database and looked at all products listed in the products table related to this purchase, and they don't have any prices applied to other fields such as discount prices... just prices in the column ProductPrice.
