What version of data bridge are you using?

The issue is being caused by the progress bar script, there was a probelm wit hthe progress bar in Data Bridge 1.1.1 that has since been fixed, the most recent version, 1.1.3 does not have this problem.

If you remove the following line:
<script src="../webassist/progress_bar/jquery-blockui-formprocessing.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

the add to cart buttons should work

For the images, the admin pages are storing the uploaded images at the site root.

on the results page, you need to add "../" to the image source attribute to tell the server to look down one directory to locate the images

<img class="WADAResultThumb" border="0" src="../<?php echo($row_WADAProducts['ProductImage']); ?>"...
