In the form http://02e98e2.netsolhost.com/jetboats2013/JetBoats-GroupForm.php that sends to table jetboats2013 I changed all database table structure types to varchar. This enabled all $WA_columnTypesStr to be none as opposed to some being none,none,NULL. When I did this values for tours_Interested_In and regarding_Tours passed to the table. That's the good news, unfortunately they passed their values to table columns dateOutingEvent and notDeterminedDate.

I also tried adding tours_Interested_In and regarding_Tours or add [tours_Interested_In] and [regarding_Tours] to $WA_fieldNamesStr and got an error. Leaving them out passes values.
