File Upload Behavior Not Woking

Hi:

It's been a few days since I started trying to solve this issue. I got in contact with my Hosting service and explained the problem to them and this is what they replied a few hours ago:

-thank you for your patience. I would like to let you know that according to our system administrators the ActivityTimeout in fastcgi configs for php 5.2.17 was increased from 90 to 300 and RequestTimeout from 60 to 200 seconds. After this 22Mb file was uploaded successfully-

But the upload page just failed again to upload a 4.5 MB audio file (Please note: The "Web images Only" button is NOT clicked in the Upload Wizard dialogue box)

Clarification: It's actually all of the data in the page that doesn't upload, not just the audio file.

Jason: If you wished to the see the problem live, please use the same Login parameters I posted in the previous ticket (thanks for your help on that one)
