Power CMS Edits in Dreamweaver not Appearing in CMS admin

Edits made inside Dreamweaver will effect the sites testing server, if you want to have that effect the live server, the testing server connection for the site needs to be set to connect to the live server.

I am using only a testing server at this point, the changes in Dreamweaver are not appearing in the Power CMS even after saving and synchronizing
