Please fix the help files

Hi

ok I am a uk customer and find that the help files are useless, 5 questions

1:how do you specify shipping in the uk at a fixed price
2:why can we only use paypal pro as most of my customers don't want ssl and i think it is a pain in the back-end.
3: I have all emails set up and no email confirmations are coming through
4: on checkout.php page there is a paypal button there, when you click on it is just fails the transaction, also when you add all credit card details and hit enter it fails, should this not pass to confirm.php page first???

5: some better tutorials would be great as the ones given don't cover half the issues we face , this was supposed to be a out of the box solution, but i feel it is very very frustrating at the moment.

I how do you edit the shipping preferences? i just see us stuff there, don't you guys cater for uk and oz anymore?
