I just found a bug with it. It is still saving all of the prepend and append information (e.g. the whole page). It would be easy to fix server side, but I need to see if it can be fixed in the editor. I was soooo excited I posted a bit premature.

I'm not sure if it is the patch or the patch in WA's implementation of CKeditor.
