Can powerstore....

I have a new client (security company) that wants to add e-commerce to an existing site. Powerstore can do everything I need it to do but one thing I would need... Can I somehow add a category for people to make a monthly bill payment? There will be items of course but this company also sells a monthly service and they want clients to be able to log in and make a bill payment.
For example: Monthly security monitoring. Log in and make a bill payment.
