Hey Jason

I use xcloner and a cron job to back up sites automatically and uplaod to an amazon s3 account daily.

I had cause to restore a database (not the files) on a site the other day but the structure of the templates seems to be lost.

As you can see in the attached screenshot of the PCMS2 navigation, the pages in 2 templates (circled in red and green) have become disaccociated as you can see from the relevant coloured 'asterisks'

any idea why this might be and how to stop it from happening as it takes a lot of time to get it back to how it should be.. almost like starting from scratch
